Innoson Vehicles manufactures made in Nigeria luxury SUV . . Nigeria’s first indigenous vehicle manufacturing company, Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Ltd has manufactured a made in Nigeria luxurious SUV that will be added to its range of vehicles to accommodate the high cadre of Nigerians who wish to drive a made-in-Nigeria luxury car. The date for the official vehicle launch of the Innoson IVM G80 and G40 will be announced soon. The release of the vehicles was sequel to the promise made by the chairman of Innoson Vehicles, Chief Dr Innocent Chukwuma, that the company will soon manufacture a luxurious vehicle for the Nigerian market. Chairman of Innoson Vehicles, Innocent Chukwuma had promised that the company will soon manufacture luxurious vehicles for the Nigerian market, In another report, a Nigerian automobile company identified as Oldang International Limited has developed solar-powered tricycles with air conditioner Tricycles popularly known as Keke Napep are used to commute short distances in Nigeria. They are a means of public transport. The upgrade by the Oldang limited would ensure that tricycles get people to destinations in comfort. It would also reduce the cost of fuel spent by tricycle riders. According to the company’s chief executive officer, Olubunmi Oluwadare, the sale of their solar-powered tricycle would gradually extinguish petrol engine tricycles across the country.
