A Turkish TV station published footage showing the aftermath of the incident during a night out in Istanbul .
In the video, Turan is seen coming out of the club as the melee continues outside.
The footage also shows Turan entering the hospital and in discussions with someone, before throwing an object down on the table .
Today it has emerged the footie star could face up to 12 years in jail .
He was questioned by police last Thursday over the alleged incident which took place in Istanbul.
Turan was summoned to make a statement after police received reports of the player's alleged clash with singer Berkay Sahin.
Turan rejected allegations he harassed Sahin and that a bullet fired from his pistol when he subsequently went to the hospital where Sahin was being treated for an injury was fired by mistake as he was tucking the gun in his waist.
However local media now claim police are hunting him over the incident.
He was said to have got into a scrap with Berkay in a nightclub in Istanbul's upmarket Emirgan neighbourhood.
Turkish newspaper Haberturk reported that the the pair clashed after Turan made provocative remarks to the singer's wife, Ozlem Ada Sahin.
It was claimed that Berkay sent his wife home, so he could speak to Turan "man to man".
The Turkey international was then said to have punched Berkay, breaking his nose.
Berkay was taken to hospital for surgery, according to reports.
Turan allegedly followed Berkay to the hospital, presenting a gun and telling him: "I didn't know she is your wife.
"I'm sorry, just kill me".
But the midfielder, who has been told he can leave Barcelona permanently, has rubbished the report, insisting Berkay's wife was not involved.
Turan, who joined Istanbul Basaksehir on loan in January, is no stranger to controversy.
In May, he was fined £7,000 and banned for a record 16 matches for attacking an assistant referee during a Turkish Super League match.
The previous year, he was sacked from the Turkish national football team squad by then-manager
Fatih Terim after verbally and physically assaulting a Turkish sports journalist on a flight to a match.
