Kendrick Lamar And SZA Reportedly Will Not Perform At 2019 Oscars
Variety is reporting that Kendrick Lamar and SZA will not perform their Oscar-nominated black Panther song “All the Stars” at the Academy Awards ceremony set to hod this weekend.
It was unclear why the artists won’t perform the hit song, however, the other four songs which are also up for Best Original Song will be performed during the Oscars.
And they include A Star Is Born ’s “ Shallow” (Lady Gaga, Andrew Wyatt, Anthony Rossomando, and Mark Ronson), The Ballad of Buster Scruggs’ “When a Cowboy Trades His Spurs for Wings” (Gillian Welch and David Rawlings), Mary Poppins Returns ’ “The Place Where Lost Things Go” (Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman), and RBG’s “I’ll Fight” (Diane Warren).
