A police man in Abia State has allegedly shot a young man dead. According to twitter user, Amaka, the officer, one Collins Akpugo, allegedly shot the victim, Christian Onuoha dead along the Okwulaga Afara-Ukwu, Ibeku, Umuahia, Abia state.
