Nigerian lawyer, politician and humanitarian, Prince Ned Nwoko has filled an N2 Billion lawsuit against a journalist for making false publications about him.
A writ of summoning dated 13th July has been served to Azuka Jebose Molokwu by Prince Ned Nwoko’s counsel Ikhide Ehighelua and Co from the Effurun High Court in Delta State, entreats her to make an appearance before the court to defend the lawsuit filed against her.
The journalist has been slapped with the lawsuit following her latest publication which is described as defamatory and does not speak well of the billionaire’s reputation. The writ described it as “calculated to reduce the estimation of the claimant” as she claimed Ned Nwoko marries virgins to complete his occultic tasks.

To sum it all, the journalist has been directed by the court to render a “public apology to be published by the defendants in at least two national daily newspapers circulating in Nigeria and social media platforms” whilst a ban has been placed on her not to make any publication about the billionaire.
