Davido’s ‘A Better Time’ Album Reaches 100 Million Streams In 3 Days

 

Nigerian hitmaker, Davido, has confirmed that his new album, A Better Time, has hit over 100 million streams in just three days.

Davido announced this on his Twitter feed earlier today in a post that looked to thank his fans for helping him reach the milestone. He revealed that the number of streams was an aggregation of all such streams on Apple Music, YouTube, Audiomack, Boomplay and Spotify. He also added that it is possible for these numbers to go up because he is expecting new updates from other DSPs.

Davido is thus urging his followers to continue to patronize the album to help it reach more milestones. It is a proud moment for the star who has had to brave the odds in order to be accepted as a mainstay in the industry on merit.

There were doubts about his abilities and talents as some claimed he was only pushing himself with money. To see him develop his all-round performance and command such a massive following is totally fulfilling.
