Shatta Wale Blasts Burna Boy; Explains Why They Are No longer Friends

 

Shatta Wale has started his first 2021 beef with his ex-friend Burna Boy as he blasted him and revealed why they are no longer friends.

The Nigerian Afrobeat singer and the Ghanaian dancehall artist were friends back in 2017, which led to their 2017 ‘Hossana’ song that garnered 6m views on Youtube.

Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr, known professionally as Shatta Wale, in a live Instagram video today, January 16, blasted Burna Boy by saying he is very disappointed in the ‘Twice As Tall’ crooner for not having the courage to approach him as a friend to ask him if indeed he went about bragging that he (Shatta Wale) held him down during his visit to Ghana when he had that Eko hotel police case.

Apparently, the ‘Melisa’ hitmaker snitched on Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, known professionally as Burna Boy, by telling everyone that he held him down in Ghana years ago, and gave him cars to use, among other things.
