CDQ cries out, says he was framed
On Thursday, April 15, Nigerian recording artiste, Sodiq Abubakar Yusuf better known by his stage name, CDQ wrote on his Instagram platform that someone is conspiring against him. This is coming amidst his recent case with the Nigerian Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA.
Recall that on Wednesday, April 14, CDQ was picked up from his Lekki home for allegedly been in possession of a banned substance, Cannabis, known as ”loud” in local parlance.
In a tweet posted this evening, CDQ averred that some persons are behind the false accusation; and prayed that their actions would boomerang on them and their family.
Here is what he wrote;
”My mum just said mio leyan shugbon mo ni Olohun.
Eleshe nimi o shugbon mio ba t’eda je ri.
Fi gbogbo ija e le fun Olohun whoever is behind all these false accusations it shall boomerang on them and their family…
They can’t spoil d name I built with sweat n blood. Yeh Yeh”
He was granted bail last night; but is expected to be back in NDLEA custody today April 15.
In other news, CDQ’s colleague, Temmie Ovwasa slammed internet fraudsters who are unable to maintain character whenever they are trying to defraud people.
The former YBNL signee has stated that scammers can do better. She mentioned that they should endeavour to maintain character whenever they are making attempts to cheat people of their funds.
The controversial artiste wrote;
Idk but if your using a white man’s picture to run your shit, at least be professional about your scam…
Because why is Theodore, the white boy from Alabama who’s a real estate agent calling me oloriburuku?”
