Bodataiye Oniyakuya In Trouble Over Funke Akindele's Caricature

 

It appears Bodataiye Oniyakuya might get in trouble over the caricature he drew of Nollywood actress Funke Akindele.

The comedian, whose name -- Oniyakuya -- means 'someone who draws rubbish', recently replicated a photo of the actress, but did his version in a very funny way.

"I drew Funke Akindele tag @funkejenifaakindele to rate my drawing 1-100, I still remain the best artist in UAR," he wrote on his Instagram.

Akindele, who clearly wasn't having it, shared the caricature on her Instagram page, saying that she would be accused of using celebrity power if she calls for his arrest.

She also threatened that if she catches Bodataiye, he would sweat in winter.

"When I call for the arrest of this guy @bodataiye_oniyakuya Ya'll will start saying I'm using celebrity power.

"Hmmmmm so you think this is right? @bodataiye_oniyakuya if I catch you, you go sweat inside winter," she wrote.

However, Bodataiye, on Wednesday, took to his Instagram to thank Akindele, saying that it is rare to see a celebrity who wants others to grow.

He described the actress as golden in the heart, praying that God keeps lifting her in all ramifications.

"I don’t even know what to say right now but Coming across a personality who wants others to grow is really rare here...

"I must be sincere, it isn't something other artists out there can easily do...

"You are really golden in the heart and may God keep you lifted in all ramifications..."
