Burkina Faso junta names prime minister for ‘transition’ period
Burkina Faso’s military leader, Paul-Henri Sandaogo Damiba on Thursday named economist Albert Ouedraogo as the new prime minister of the West African country.
“The new prime minister has solid experience in the field of public administration management, development projects and private companies,” Damiba’s office said.
Ouédraogo served for 15 years as Director of IPSO Conseil, a design and consulting office. He was responsible for the Administration, Implementation, Supervision and Coordination of the Activities of the Office.
The research firm specializes in organizational and human resources audits; conducting economic studies; carrying out feasibility studies; development of procedure manuals; development of project implementation manuals, organization and administration of staff recruitment for clients, among others.
