Governor of Imo state, Rochas Okorocha expressed deep surprise as he watched Swazi women dance topless at the ongoing Calabar Carnival in Cross River state.
Okorocha opened his mouth on sighting the women dance half n*de. He is seen in the video below sitting beside the state governor, Ben Ayade.
