See Busia Female AP Officer Who Feeds Street Children Using Her Meager Salary

In a country where police department is battling off a litany of corruption allegations and extr-judicial killings, it is a definite rare sight when a member of the disciplined force breaks from the norm .

Nothing could perhaps explain the feeling better than rare photos Dorris Wako, a police officer stationed in Busia county sharing her meal with the street families on Monday, July 23 .

The officer has been feeding the underprivileged children for sometimes now with her own salary .

Her extra-ordinary deed has been lauded as an act of humanity by a section of online communities who are equally touched .
