Man Caught Red Handed Raping a 13year Old Girl Inside Orile Market Lagos

The Police in Lagos has arrested a man named Yusuf Bakare after he was caught while having sex with a 13-year old girl at the 2nd floor inside Orile Market, Lagos where he took the victim and defiled her.

He was alleged to have lured the teenager to the place, engaged her in the romp before the market security men suspected the movement, went there and caught them in the act.

The action generated uproar in the market and some of the traders who were present when the incident happened attempted to attack them but were prevented from doing so by the market leadership.

The suspect was handed over to the police who transferred the matter to the Gender Section of the State Command, Ikeja, Lagos.

The police found Bakare culpable and charged him before the Ogba Magistrates court for rape.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mr. Peter Nwaka, denied him bail and did not take his plea.

The court ordered him to be remanded in the prison custody and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send to DPP for advice.
