Nigeria Beat Egypt 1-0 In International Friendly

The Super Eagles have made wins in two successive matches as they defeated Egypt 1-0 in a friendly match played at the Stephen Keshi stadium in Asaba on Tuesday.

First time call up Paul Onuachu scored the only goal of the game just a few seconds after kick off.

He volleyed the ball in from outside the box to score his first goal in the first minute of the his first senior match for Nigeria.

The victory is Nigeria’s first over Egypt in 29 years and the first defeat for Pharaoh’s coach Javier Aguirre.
