Vulcanizer Caught Stealing Pants In Abuja
A Vulcanizer has been caught yesterday stealing female pants in Abuja. The man who was identified by residents of the area as a known vulcanizer was caught in the act at Dawaki area of Abuja.
He was apprehended by security personnel at the Dawaki model city estate and has been handed over to the police.
