Oyemykke Reacts To Burna Boy Leaving Social Media

Oyemykke has reacted shortly after Burna Boy announced that he is leaving social media, which will now be managed by his management.

Recall that in recent times, Burna Boy used his social media platforms as a tool to speak out against oppression of the working class by the political elite which his fans attributed to the influence of Afrobeat legend, Fela Kuti in his life.

However announcing his departure from social media, Burna Boy wrote:

“I’m leaving all social media platforms permanently. They are now all strictly for my show dates and New music. My social media will now be in full control of management. Love and positivity to ALL.”

 However Oyemykke who reacted after Burna Boy announced that he is leaving social media, blamed it all on Nigerians who according to him are enemies to themselves and not the government. He further revealed that when he starts making money from other projects, he will also go dark.

He wrote;

Nigerians I hope you can all see that we are the Enemy?? Not just the government ?? This guy right here , never use to come on social media ( maybe because of his truth ). He wouldn’t post anything about 2 years ago & his page was as empty as a Ghost house.

He decided to embrace social media & because he says the truth in his own way they said he is Proud, Arrogant & he shouldn’t let the success from last year get into his head.

Anything he says gets to them & He should better shut up.

For management reasons another superstar as gone dark & has decided to focus on his music alone. When I start to make enough money from my other project too, I will go dark I promise.
