172 stranded Nigerians arrive Abuja from Uganda, Kenya
At least 172 Nigerians have arrived at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja from Uganda and Kenya.
The Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM) said on Twitter that the new batch arrived the country at 10:20 am on Wednesday via Air Peace.
The Federal Government has been coordinating the evacuation of Nigerians from around the world who are facing hardship over the economic effects of the coronavirus.

“Some of the Evacuees will disembark in Abuja while others will proceed to Murtala Muhammed Int’l Airport, Lagos.
“The exercise was put together by our Mission in Nairobi, Kenya in collaboration with the Mission in Kampala, Uganda,” the commission said.
It also said that all evacuees tested negative to coronavirus (COVID19) and would proceed on 14 days self-isolation.
