Akuapem Poloo: Cardi B comments on 3-month jail term for indecent exposure

 


American rapper, Cardi B has made comments pertaining to the 3-months jail term that Ghanaian of Akuapem Poloo will be serving for indecent exposure.


Recall the actress was served a 3-month jail term on Friday, April 16 for taking a nude photo with her son.


In a tweet she shared, Cardi B said she believes Akuapem Poloo should not have been imprisoned and that social media probation or community service would have been a better option.


She also disclosed that she has seen similar photoshoots in the United States.


The rapper tweeted;


“I seen a lot of Americans do photoshoots like that. Even tho is not my style I don’t think she was going for sexual more going the natural idea. I think jail is a bit harsh. Maybe social media probation or community service.”


The actress was sentenced for her Instagram post where she went naked; while posing with her seven-year-old son in June 2020.


The actress was convicted on her own plea; after she had pleaded guilty to three counts of publication of obscene materials; engaging in domestic violence, namely a conduct that in any way undermined another person’s privacy or integrity; and also engaging in domestic violence namely conduct that in any way detracted or was likely to detract from another person’s dignity as well as worth as a human being.
