KiddWaya bemoans current state of Nigeria

 

Former Big Brother Naija housemate, KiddWaya has taken to social media to bemoan the heinous activities that are ongoing in the country.

The reality star revealed that he has been hearing gunshots and the gnashing of Nigerian citizens in his sleep.

He made this known in a Twitter post.

He explained that he woke up in tears this morning and even his sleep is plagued with nightmares about Nigeria.

Here is what KiddWaya tweeted;

“I woke up in tears this morning.

I just couldn’t sleep.

How can I?

I can hear the gun shots and cries in my dream.

Our nation is burning and no one is hearing us.”

This is coming moments after Nigerian entertainment polymath, Banky W decried the travails in the country.

He also took to the social media platform, Twitter to condemn the ongoing crisis that has been making the headlines in recent times.

The singer in his tweet stated that Nigerians are now numb to the bad news coming from different sections of the country.

He further added that “it’s like we are in an abusive relationship with the country we love.”

“So much bad news in Nigeria every day…

We’ve become numb to it.

If it’s not murder and kidnapping, it’s unrest and people unfit for office calling the shots.

As a matter of fact, it’s like we are in an abusive relationship with the country we love.

It’s exhausting.

Indeed, It’s draining. It’s depressing.”
