“I Am Also A Victim, They Sacked 37 Pastors In Lagos” – Another Alleged Winners Chapel Pastor Claims He Was Sacked Over Low Income Generation
Just when we thought Bishop Oyedepo’s Winners chapel sacked a few pastors who returned low income than expected another man has revealed that there is more to it.
He claimed that he was affected by the sack by Winners Chapel following low-income generation from his branch.
InChristed Michael, who was Abubakar Zubair Michael before he became a pastor, claims he was the pastor of a Winners Chapel branch in Lagos.
According to him, he sacked together with pastor in charge of Ikorodu branch, Lagos who delivered the sack letter. He quoted that the church is losing more than what they are remitting as income from various branches.
He added that not only 40 pastors have been sacked so far in Ekiti, but 37 others were also sacked in Lagos, 92 were told to go home in Benue State “because our monthly income we remitted to the account is below what they expected.”
Read what he wrote below.
My dear, I am a victim o. And it’s not just 40. Only Ekiti state were 40, in Lagos where I am we were 37 pastors that were fied and 92 in Benue state because our monthly income we remitted to the account is below what they expect. I could remember when the Pastor in charge ….. ikorodu lagos was giving us the latter, he said and I quote: the reason you people are released is because we are running at lost, remember we are paying our house rent and the hall you use are remitting as income is not good enough, it means we are running at lost.
