Man Offers Free Hair cut To President Buhari For 1 Year To Save N86m Off The Nation’s Budget

The owner of an Abuja - based Barbers shop identified as Alfred Umoh , has taken to Facebook to send an interesting proposition to President Muhammadu Buhari.

Writing on his Facebook page, the young man said that rather than the President spending the budgeted N86 million on haircuts, he is willing to give him free hair cuts for the whole year.
