Woman Caught In Lagos With Used Pads And Pants

Weird things we see these days. This woman was reportedly caught red-handed picking used pants and pads from a dustbin somewhere in Lagos on Friday .

She allegedly wanted to use them for rituals. After she was nabbed, they made her display them as she was being questioned .
