OJ Simpson Prosecutor Represents Nipsey Hussle Alleged Killer Eric Holder
Chris Darden will be representing Eric Holder, who is charged with the murder of rapper Nipsey Hussle.
Recall that the former prosecutor famously served on the OJ Simpson murder trial. And yesterday, he appeared in court with Eric Holder to enter to a not guilty plea before exiting and dodging questions from reporters.
Page Six adds that while in court, Darden tried to ignore the press folks, before adding that there was an “issue of identity. However, Prosecutor John McKinney insisted that “identity won’t ultimately be an issue in this case” since the media has already obtained photos of Eric Holder, Hussle’s alleged killer.
Holder is accused of fatally shooting Hussle on Sunday outside his LA clothing store, and police say that Holder got into a dispute with Nipsey earlier in the day and returned with a gun. Plus, surveillance footage shows the alleged gangbanger opening fire on Hussle and two other men, who were also struck by bullets but managed to survive, according to police.
