Anthony Joshua showed off his chiselled chest and very athletic physique on a Barbados beach during his post-Christmas break.

The boxer, 30, recently revealed his dream is to go for the fifth belt in 2020 after he won his rematch with Andy Ruiz earlier this month.

Now he's taken some time off from his tiring routine for a well-needed festive holiday on the Caribbean island.

Anthony, who is now determined to unify the heavyweight division, showed off his incredible abs during a game of catch with his pals in the sea. His bulging biceps were on full display and he looked in high spirits while enjoying his lavish break.
