Mark Badgley and James Mischka of Badgley Mischka Celebrate 35 Years Together

Partners in business and in life, Mark Badgley and James Mischka of the Badgley Mischka fashion label are celebrating 35 years of being together.

The couple who met at the Parsons School of Design in 1982 didn’t get together until 1985. They took to their company’s Instagram page to celebrate their love in Pride month.

Sharing series of photos together the fashion label owners wrote;

We met at Parsons School of Design in 1982, but we didn’t start being a part of each other’s lives until we graduated in 1985.

“Together ever since, we got married soon after same-sex marriage was legalized in 2013 in a surprise ceremony at City Hall that we did not tell anybody about until until they got to the dinner to celebrate afterward at Raoul’s in Soho- nobody knew until they saw the giant wedding cake

“It’s been 35 years together and we have never looked back….Happy Pride everybody! XO Mark and James”.
