Nigeria records 360 new COVID-19 cases, more fatalities
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, has confirmed 360 new cases of COVID-19 in 18 states and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
The new record brings the total number of confirmed cases since its outbreak in the country to 156,017.
The health agency made the announcement on Monday night while giving a report via its official website.
NCDC also confirmed the death of seven patients due to complications from the dreaded virus. The total number of fatalities so far stands at 1,915.
