Buhari Is Promoting Dictatorship In Nigeria- Georgina Onuoha
Veteran actress, Georgina Onuoha has lashed out at the Buhari administration over their unfair treatment of the leader of IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu.
In a post via her Instagram page, Georgina Onuoha criticized Buhari for promoting military rule and infringing on the rights of the people of Nigeria.
She intimated that the FG needs to give a fair hearing in the case of Nnamdi Kanu.
She wrote:
Dictatorship back in Nigeria and Buhari’s administration implores military tactics of crude justice against it citizens.
As you can tell, I’ve taken a break from political postings and issues of the day for my holidays and mental wellbeing.
Trust me it can be mentally draining advocating for change and addressing social issues.
Hence, today I will break that silence.
As an igbo woman whose father fought the first Biafran war and still bears the scars of those wars today, I find what the buhari government is doing to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu reprehensible and in violation of international laws.
While I do not endorse Mazi Nnamdi Kalu ‘a approach and methods towards addressing the plights of my people who have been so marginalized by the Nigerian government since the inception of our independence.
Every issue he has addressed regardless is true and remains the reality of my people.
Hence his abduction by the Buhari government breaks every laws governing international rules that protects people fleeing unjust persecution in their homeland.
The Buhari’s government has refused access to lawyers representing Mazi Nnamdi in speaking with their client.
Mazi Nnamdi was suppose to appear in courts today but was not seen.
We ask again, has the President Murdered Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in prison? While Fulani herdsmen and bandits killing innocent Nigerians are walking freely in Nigeria and causing mayhem?
Please Nigerians should call on President Buhari to release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and Ogeni Sunday.
They have not killed anyone, rather they are speaking out the injustices melted upon Nigerians by the President’s kin’s men known as the Fulani herdsmen.
