Breaking: Robbers attack Banks in Edo State, Causes Damage (Photos & Videos)

Armed Gunmen have attacked some commercial banks in Uromi, Esan North East Local Government Area of Edo State, a police official said.

According to several informations gathered by Muchtalksblog from eyewitnesses, it was reported that several banks including Fidelity, UBA, Union, Zenith were attacked by this Armed  Gunmen with sophisticated weapons who successfully carted away with unspecific amount of money. 

 It was verified to us that lives were lost and several injured from stray bullets.

The incident took place on Thursday afternoon, according to the spokesman of the Edo State Police Command, Bello Kontong. He said the attack led to substantial damages to the affected banks, noting that details about the incident will be communicated later.
