Corps Members Scamper For Safety As Thugs Invade Another Polling Unit In Rivers. Photos

National Youth Service Corps members working as ad hoc staff in Bonny local government, Rivers State escaped death as over 20 gunmen invaded a polling unit in the area.

The gunmen invaded the unit with dangerous weapons, shooting sporadically, carting away ballot boxes, looting and robbing electoral officers.

As at the time of this report, the unit is deserted, everyone has scampered for safety.
