Kebbi University Closed Down After Angry Mob Allegedly Killed Final Year Student Over N3500 A Week To His Graduation
Earlier today, we made a report about the final year student who was killed by an angry mob.
He was a student of the Kebbi State University of Science and Technology, (KSUSTA) Aliero and after the incident, the school has been closed down.
The level 400-level biochemistry student identified as Sharif Sale-Kanya was beaten to death over a failed bank transaction.
In a statement released by the Registrar of the university, Musa Labbo, all students were directed to leave the school premises immediately.
The statement released reads;
“This is to inform all students of the university that the management has directed the closure of the school indefinitely. Therefore, all students are hereby directed to leave the university with immediate effect.”
