#IIEC_2021 : Updates on Ibadan Igbo Traders Cup, check results, fixtures and stats

Another Edition of Ibadan Igbo ENTERPRENEUR'S (Traders) cup sponsored by MuchTalksBlog which commenced on the 1st of May at the Liberty Stadium 🏟️.

The tournament, according to the organisers, will be a round league format involving 12 teams.

In group A will see

AKALA_B. to book a place in the next stage of the competition.

In group B are:

ALESHINLOYE
SALVATION
OKE_PADRE

In group C are:

DUGBE
AKALA_A
SHARP CORNER

They will go home with a trophy and anonymous cash prize from the Organizers, while the first and second runners up will not be left out respectively.

Chatting with the Organizers, the Sponsor said

As the CEO of my Brand *MuchTalksBlog* and *Much Stores* I will like to show my little support/sponsor for this year’s tournament (2 packs of bottle water) to each team participating in this tournament every matchday, also I will like to inform you of my plans in getting 30 customized medals🏅 for the tournament winners, 15 gold medals and 15 silver medals for the winner and runner up respectively, also a brand new boot for the tournament top scorer, a new goal keeper glove for the tournament best Keeper, and also a customized art award frame and N5000 cash prize for the tournament best player.this Awards will be presented to the respective winners by the CEO of the Brand:

Speaking with the Organizers, the sponsor, made it clear that The essence of partnering with the organisers for this competition is to give them solution in terms of media influencing, solution in terms of updates so as for the traders to be updated and be able to express themselves for as long as they want and the possibility to attract huge sponsors for the game.

Meanwhile, on the matchday one, Traders, fans and families were present to witness their teams or rivalry team take on their opponents and it was a game full of excitement.

GENERAL GAS made their debut with a fine win against AKALA_B side, Chigozie was arguably the star player of the match after netting a hat-trick and CHENKO scoring the fourth for the General Gas team to take them on top of the Group A. Nnamdi Nkanyichukwu and Onyekwere goals respectively wasn't enough for the Akala_B side.

In Group B, Ogunp_Fc made a 4-1 convincing against the Oke_Padre team, as their talisman Izuchukwu stole the show by netting a brace a providing an assist to make Ogunpa_Fc the group topper.

This week sunday (9TH of may) will produce another mesmerizing show as SALVATION will take on ALESHINLOYE by 12pm, 7THDAY_B will battle SHARP CORNER by 2pm and DUGBO will lock horns with AKALA_B
