Kidnapper Who Dresses Up As A Female To Lure Kids Disgraced in Port Harcourt {Photos}

A yet to be identified man who disguises as a woman was caught earlier today at Omuchi Igwuruta, River state.

According to reports he was disgraced after someone saw him trying to lure a pupil out of school, during teaching hours.

He was almost lynched but Police swoop in and took him away,
