My Bail Revocation Exposed Justice Binta Nyako As Ignorant – Nnamdi Kanu

The chief of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, on Tuesday, once more lambasted Justice Binta Nyako of an Abuja Federal High courtroom, following the revocation of his bail.

Kanu claimed that the trial decide was blind to the Nigerian structure.

In a tweet, on Tuesday, the IPOB chief mentioned the Nigerian structure prohibits trial and conviction of anyone for “offence not written down.”

Citing Section 36 sub-section 12 of the Nigerian structure, the IPOB chief maintained that secession was not written down as an offence in Nigeria, therefore he can’t be convicted.

“Section 36 sub-section 12 of the Nigerian Constitution PROHIBITS trial and conviction of anybody in a Nigerian court of any offence not written down. Secession or self-determination is not written down as an offence in Nigeria. Binta Nyako is ignorant of the law,” he tweeted.

Justice Nyako, who had granted Kanu bail few years in the past had final week revoked the bail.

The trial decide mentioned that Kanu’s bail was revoked as a consequence of his refusal to attend his trial since he was granted bail.
