Omah Lay Confirms He is in Ugandan Police Custody

 

Omah Lay has confirmed that he is in the custody of the Ugandan Police after a tweet alleging that went viral on the evening of Sunday, December 13.

The singer who had a performance in Uganda on Saturday was reportedly arrested alongside his manager and the event planner as well as singer Tems and her manager.

Omah Lay took to his Twitter account on Sunday night to confirm the news of the arrest tweeting;

“Yes, I’m with the Ugandan police… something about the show from last night. Everything would be fine… Omah”.
