Reno Omokri: “A virgin is the only wife meant for a full bride price”

 

Reno Omokri, Nigerian politician and lawyer has stirred reactions among Nigerian ladies after he affirmed that “a virgin wife is the only wife of which a full bride price should be paid.”

Backing his claim with a scripture, Reno noted that not all wives are equal, and that a virgin wife is the highest value wife.

On Instagram, while acknowledging that the White Wedding dress is only for virgins, Reno wrote:

“Look at the Alaafin of Oyo. 83, and still having babies. Therefore, never accuse any woman of marriage desperation. Your timeframe and her’s are not the same. You are being selfish if you date any woman for five years without genuine hope for marriage.

“However, ladies should not give men sex as a means of luring them to marriage. Everyone is equal as human beings, but not all wives are equal. The highest value wife, according to Scripture, is a virgin wife. She is the ONLY Wife of which full bride price should be paid-Exodus 22:17. Traditionally, the White Wedding dress is ONLY for virgins.”

Meanwhile, talented singer, Ayra Starr has replied to those fans turn critics following her recent performance at a concert who stated that she can’t sing.

The fast-rising singer took to the micro-blogging platform, Twitter to explain how she has been performing almost every day since October.

According to her, that had been the reason for her strained voice.

The ‘bloody Samaritan’ crooner added that those making such rounds should try to shut it down; as it is by talent and grace she had to make it to stardom.
