Several People Killed In Netherlands Shooting

An unknown number of people have been assassinated during a mid-morning shooting in a transportation unit in Utrecht, Netherlands .

According to Utrecht city police, around 10:45 am local time a "shooting incident took place" at the Oktoberplein tram stop in the city.

"Multiple injuries reported. Assistance started, more information will follow shortly," tweeted the local police in Dutch.

A precise number of dead and injured is still unclear.
