Chika Ike Says Rolls Royce Is A Big Liability That’s Why She Never Bothered Buying It On Her 35th Birthday
Nollywood actress Chika Ike celebrated her 35th birthday yesterday, November 8, 2020, where she revealed why she never bothered buying a Rolls Royce Phantom on her special day.
According to Chika Ike, she promised to get herself a Rolls Royce Phantom on her 35th birthday but she finally realized it’s reliability and not an asset.
Chika Ike believes that buying a house is more important than spending huge sums of money on Rolls Royce which depreciates with time.
She took to her Instagram status and wrote;
“Going over my vision book, I wrote five years ago. It reads “buy yourself a Rolls-Royce Phantom for your 35th birthday gift” and add it to your luxury car collection; now my new mindset is different just cancelled and replaced it with “buy yourself houses as gifts and add it to your real estate portfolio”… Time and exposure can really change one’s mindset. Now I’m thinking towards appreciating assets not depreciating liabilities”.
According to her caption, she’s now grown and matured to spend money on liabilities.
