“Bride Price Is Only Paid For Virgins”-Reno Omokri

 

Reno Omokri has once again made a shocking revelation about paying the pride price of women.

Backing his claims with a verse from Exodus chapter in the Bible, the renowned author, indicated that pride price is not supposed to be paid for non-virgins.

He made this revelation in his recent tweets on Twitter.

His statement has since spark allegations as some people question him if he followed the same rule in marrying his wife.

He wrote:

“WHAT I AM GOING TO SAY WILL SHOCK PEOPLE. SCRIPTURALLY, BRIDE PRICE IS ONLY PAID FOR VIRGINS. DON’T ARGUE WITH ME. ARGUE WITH GOD. SEE EXODUS 22:16-17. BY VIRTUE OF SCRIPTURE (AND ALSO IN TRADITIONAL AFRICAN SOCIETY), YOU PAY NO BRIDE PRICE FOR NON-VIRGINS”
